- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after full payment confirmation.
- Custom-cut or specially polished gemstones may require additional time. If applicable, timelines will be clearly communicated during the order process.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with internationally recognized courier services to ensure reliable delivery:

All shipments are handled with the highest level of care and security.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
- Free worldwide shipping is offered on all orders above $2,000 (shipped from Sri Lanka).
- For orders below this amount, shipping typically ranges between $50 – $100, depending on the courier selected.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Express Shipping: 5–7 business days (depending on destination).
- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days (depending on destination).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
6. Local Pickup (Sri Lanka)
Customers may opt for free local pickup at our showroom:

8. Customs Duties & Taxes

11. Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is returned due to:

- Recipient unavailability
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
12. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product
- In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier and initiate an insurance claim where applicable
