1. Eligibility for Returns
At Blue Sapphire Gems, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We accept returns for eligible gemstones under the following conditions:
- The gemstone must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all certifications, packaging, and accompanying documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item. Requests made after this period may be declined or subject to additional conditions.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.
- Refunds will be issued only for the product value, after the item has been received and verified to meet our return criteria.
- We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable, and insured shipping service for all returns.
Please note: Custom-cut, engraved, or specially commissioned gemstones are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team at hello@bluesapphiregems.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the gemstone to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, use the original packaging.
Ship the Item
Send the package to the return address provided by our team using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the gemstone. If it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your gemstone, please contact our support team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is completed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or bespoke gemstones
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Items returned without original certification or documentation
7. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers must ensure compliance with all local customs and export regulations when returning items.
- Blue Sapphire Gems is not responsible for delays, duties, or additional charges arising from non-compliance.
